

TRUNK THEATRE
Trunk Theatre performs educational fun shows for children all out of a trunk. The shows can be performed anywhere from a school classroom to a theatre. After a great success at the Edinburgh Festival with our show The Great Fire of London! we are now touring the country bringing the fiery tale to children all across the land! And we are pleased to announce the addition of our new show The Gunpowder Plot!
Our aim is to create engaging and informative shows for young children but they’re also lightning fast fun for the whole family.
MEET THE TEAM

Colette O’Brien
Colette O’Brien graduated from Arts Educational Schools obtaining a BA in Acting.
Most recently, she has worked with Samsung as a Voice Over Artist and will be directing her first self-written short film this June.
Credits include: ‘Emily’ in 'Feast Box' Commercial, ‘Artist’ on 'The Martin Lewis Show' - ITV Studios.
‘Lead' in 'Help To Buy' social media Commercial, ‘Morgianna’ in 'Ali Baba & The Naughty Thieves Pantomime' at the Strode Theatre.

Jonny Brace
Jonny recently graduated from the Writing for Stage and Broadcast Media [MA] from the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama. He wrote and directed the web series ‘7 Minutes in Heaven’, has a short film ‘Shaky Breaky Heart’ in pre-production and has a one-person show on as part of Mountview’s upcoming Ignite Festival. His recent acting credits include ‘Beauty and the Beast: The Pantomime’ at the Bedford Corn Exchange, a handful of short films in pre and post-production and St Nick in the radio play ‘Christmas Carol 2’.

Annie Hall
Annie trained at East 15 Acting School and studied BA Acting and Community Theatre. She has a passion for comedy and enjoys creating quirky and engaging but relatable characters. Annie has performed at various Street Theatre events such as Out There Festival – Great Yarmouth and Standon Calling. ‘The Gunpowder Plot!’ will be Annie’s professional theatre debut and she is very much looking forward to touring with the show and bringing the story to life!

Emma Kemp
Emma trained at Drama Studio London.
Most recently she appeared in 'Artorigus', a new play based on the legends of King Arthur, which premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe 2022.
Her credits include: Hermia/Puck in 'A Midsummer Night's Dream (Bowler Crab), Mrs Lovett & Others (The London Dungeon), Duncan/Lady Macduff in 'Macbeth' (Theatre Space North East), Regan in 'King Lear' (Pump House Theatre, Watford), Luciana/Egeon in 'The Comedy of Errors' & Celia in 'As You Like It' (Folksy Theatre) and Beatrice in 'The Changeling' (Ovo Theatre).
She is also a member of The Beyond Shakespeare Company and a children's entertainer with Rainbow Productions.
